Pnoy's 4th state of the nation address is one of the awaited part of the year.In his sona he mentioned the development of the learning of the students gained this year.He said that the lack of books and chairs are already solved.He told everyone that Brother Armin had so many problems encountered regarding this topic.But instead of complaining,he build more schools,created chairs,and buy more books.
     REACTION:
           PNOY IS A GREAT PRESIDENT,HE ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED.WE SHOULD THANK HIM FOR THE BLESSINGS HE GAVE TO US.INSTEAD OF COMPLAINING ON THE THINGS HE DID.

Nutrition

           "Gutom At Malnutrisyon Sama-sama Ating Wakasan",theme for this year's Nutrition Month Celebration  . But what does this message want us to know?Malnutrition and Starving ,one of the big problem of  our country.But how can we end this up. Malnutrition is lack of nutrients needed by the body that can cause death.But i have a question,is it the body only that can be malnourished.
       
             For me it is not just the body that is malnourished ,it is also the brain.Brain is a very important part of our body.Because this commands us what to do.So we have to feed our brain with knowledge that can help us to be more healthy.To maintain healthy we need to balance what we are eating.Because if it is not balanced this may cause big problems like obesity and malnutrition.Junk foods are foods that can make our body malnourished and it can put us to death.How,junk foods are composed of msg(mono sodium glutamate) .that if we eat to much diabetes,stroke,and high blood pressure.

             So I recommend that eating junk food is  like putting your life near to death.And we should help our body in maintaining it healthy.Exercise at least 5times a week.Drink plenty of water.And eat delicious and healthy food like vegetables and fruits.
